Either Breloom or Vileplume overall. Best of each region to me though are
>Vileplume>Sunflora runner up: Skiploom>Breloom>Torterra>Maractus>Skiddo runner up: Chesnaught>Shiinotic>>31507911Jumpluff fits the Hoppip line much more than it does the Oddish line, all three are stages of a dandelion--Hoppip is the little weed root bottom, Skiploom is the yellow flower, Jumpluff is the "blow away in the wind" puffy stage--and all three are airborne. Bellossom's coloration still doesn't fit the Oddish line that well, though.
