I got highly confidential information. For February 18th, 2017 there will be a DLC to go to Kanto on sun and Moon.
Price has not been decided but it will be from $9.99 to $12.99 in the U.S
There is a new system for the Gyms. All gym leaders will know you are a champion form another region as announced by the person standing in the gym's entrance.
All Gym battles will be adjusted with rules and mechanics similar to battle tree, battle frontier and battle tower. All Pokemon will be moved to LV 50 and the difficulty will be higher than battle tree.
There will be a very special challenge in Pallet Town. Once you arrive Professor Oak will give you a Trainer Card and medal box. You also get a Kanto starter with a hidden ability and the mega stone.
All Kanto legendaries will be in the same locations but now there will be a new island you can reach from Vermillion city that has mew in it and its Z-Crystal.
Viridian City has a Brand-new gym leader. I will say who SHE is later.
