Also there was a thread not too long ago where they had a barcode for a shiny Dialgia, and when scanned it says it's an Alola Pokemon and it updates the Pokedex.
The Pokedex itself doesn't show any difference, but Dialgia now shows in the list of banned pokemon on Battle Tree.
Anyone tried injecting a Dialgia/Palkia/Giratina yet, and see if it shows a Pokedex number?
