if you're talking about hacked pokemon I haven't done that. all my games are installed CIAs on a hacked 3ds but before the update they worked fine on bank.

I have this issue too but i'm not using custom firmware

I don't know why you're even fucking bothering with bank if you have CFW anyway

But if my save isn't going to work anyway then I might as well hack my 3ds completely

back up your save file with JKSM then re inject the save file, should fix it

I just installed Luma CFW and that fixed it for me. It was CakesFW for me that was causing the issue
