Do 14-18 year olds have as much a "weepy sentinmental" connection to Pokemon as 20something fags do?

Not to sound condescending, but it seems teens now didn't really grow up with Pokemon, they grew up more with stuff like Minecraft, CoD, Pewdiepie, and Madden.

I literally know a 16 year old that says he sticks to playing Pokemon Yellow on his Gameboy SP, and he started in like gen 3 or 4. Pokemon is one of those rare things where nostalgia can infect normies who weren't even around then.
