Porygon2 can get Curse and Trick Room and has excellent bulk but I doubt it would want to sacrifice Recover. Plus it has a shit physical movepool.

Nix the Trick Room and go Curse-Recover-Return/Facade-Foul Play/Special Attack. Thing is P2 still has mediocre attack so it wouldn't be anything more than a novelty
