LO will boost all of them, while lens only helps focus blast. I'd honestly suggest LO Focus Blast.

Recovery isn't really such a good option when your mon can't take a hit. Focus blast misses frequently because it has 70 accuracy and wide lens boosts it up to 80. The life orb would boost firepower but focus blast would miss more frequently.
