Does having Marshadow in the Dex get you banned? I didn't inject it directly, I injected it into my side copy of Moon on a different hacked 3ds and then traded it over on to my main Sun Copy on my non hacked New 3ds. I haven't connected to the Global link since. Will I be banned?
