So, it has been established there's a dimension where Pokémon don't exist, our world.

What happens if Pokémon get send to this world? Will they turn into everyday animals or will they retain their original form?

They disappear and nothing happens.

Because pokemon and their powers directly contradict the physical laws of this universe, they get turned into nothing.

We are essentially a perfect garbage disposal, like a black hole.

Same thing that happens to a flash in a universe without a Speed Force.
The source of all physics-breaking pokémon powers is the Aura, so they would be considerably weakened (drop to level 1?) unless they've evolved to a living Aura form.
There will be an Ultra Lucario based on this.
