So with Mantine getting Roost and 20+ HP it's now OU. What other mons need a small bonus to become OU?

Would giving Steelix Recover make him OU?

Shore Up is a bad choice of name. It sounds like it's related to the sea. Sand Gather should have been kept.

The original japanese name of Shore up IS Sand Gather. I guess they translated it to be beach related since a sandcastle gets it

Probably. Defensive Pokemon without recovery sucks now.

They should make a steel-type recovery move that raises defense and recovers 50% HP at the same time, so they fullfill their purpose as defensive pokemon better than shit like Toxapex.
