In XY, they're basically married. Y's been waiting all this time for X and he finally is almost back to normal by the end the finale and she looks like she's simply just waiting on his terms to confess or something.
For Sun and Moon, I'd prefer no shipping simply because I don't understand why people would ship a guy with cat face syndrome. SM might be a super long manga so I'd rather focus on the plot than waste time on panels to include some ship tease.
