Greninja usually moves first and uses Mat Block to cover the Eevee, while Eevee uses Extreme Evoboost, then baton passes out to Glaceon while Greninja switches to A-Ninetails with Snow Warning, changing weather to Hail. On the next turn, Glaceon usually moves first with a +2 Sp. Atk Blizzard that hits 100% of the time since Blizzard never misses with Hail active to sweep the enemy team. Then A-Ninetails sets up Aurora Veil to lessen damage taken for Glaceon even more. If Glaceon gets hurt, it will recover 1/8 of it's HP back using Leftovers and Ice Body. If Blizzard isn't an option, Glaceon has HP Fighting, Shadow Ball, and a 220 base power Stored Power (due to all of the stat increases). It's a pretty gimmicky team that can get pretty torn down with a well used Haze or killing off Eevee fast, but it works 9 out of 10 times.
