Mega Genesect
Uses a Drive to Mega Evolve.
Ability - Drive Upgrade: Depending on the user's held drive, the power of Fire, Water, Electric or Ice-type moves will be multiplied by 1.5.
HP: 71 > 71 (+0)
Attack: 120 > 150 (+30)
Defense: 95 > 105 (+10)
Sp. Atk: 120 > 150 (+30)
Sp. Def: 95 > 105 (+10)
Speed: 99 > 119 (+20)

Could be an artificial stone, made from Colress's studies on Mega Evolution.

It's meant to mimic Megas, but it's not an actual Mega lore-wise.

I've wanted - as autistic as this sounds - four different Mega Stones for Deoxys, one for each form. But the kicker here is that you'd be able to mix and match so that the stat boosts and type changes would get applied to each of the various forms. It could be really cool.

Ah, I've made concepts for a Mega Deoxys too, though only with the one Mega Stone.

Alternatively instead of a Mega, Deoxys could just hold a item that changes it's ability into Form Change (similar to Aegislash):

>It changes into Attack form before using an attacking move
>It changes into Defense form before using a non-attacking move
>It changes into Speed form if using a move with +1 priority or more
>It will stay in its normal form if it is burned, paralysed, asleep or frozen

Maybe instead it can turn into Speed form at the end of a turn if the opposing Pokemon's speed is higher than those of it's other forms.
