Fine, I know it doesn't matter if you kill it, it will come back, but why does this game push you to do so many things in one go?

Whoever thought it was OK to force it in you with no warning and no save option was an idiot. Even if it respawns, you don't know it's going to respawn, so as soon your Pokémon gets a critical hit wishing to be praised and knocks it out, it puts a huge damper on what is supposed to be a happy occasion. Shittest game design short of the fishing mechanic.

As for my opinion on it, I hate it. I beat Kukui while in a place with no wifi. I was paranoid if it can respawn or not. And having no internet connection to look it up if it did. Not to mention the long as credits that came after catching Koko.

My bad.anyways,I dont see what the big deal is. if you can fight him again after the end credits scene, why are you complaining? it gives you a chance to get a good nature for competitive play.

The nature gets locked to the one that Tapu koko has in the first battle before the credits when you re-fight him I think. The problem is that if you want a specific nature you have to rebattle Kukui over and over again.

That's an old mechanic anon, the last time I remember doing that was with Suicune back in HGSS.

The nature is random which makes it easier with a Sync pokémon nowadays.

No reason to feel angry about this except for the people that don't know this is a thing and feel the need to capture it because "there won't be another chance".

Imagine if this wasn't the case in ORAS. The battle with Fug, Zinnia and Deoxys would pretty much destroy your possibility of having a good nature one by legit means.

Used ut on Nebby because he wouldn't get into the first Ultra Ball I threw so I assumed he had a standard Legendary catch-rate of 'I may be on 1hp and paralysed, but if you don't have 300 Ultra Balls I'm not getting in' and I didn't want to be there all day.

It's shit because you need more than one rod, but they only give you one, so there's literally no way to catch 'em all without encountering more Magikarp than could possibly fit in the ocean, even with the bubbling spots. The mechanic of needing rock-pools would be fine if there was a way to have a Magikarp-free encounter pool.
