It suffers the same fate as many ice types such as Avalugg, Regiice, and Cryagonal. Great stats, ok movepool, absolutely shit defensive typing.

Avalugg has amazing stats and an amazing movepool. It needs something like Burn Up because it really doesn't deserve this.
Cryogonal is a fast special attacker. It just happens to have amazing SpD too.

Gen 4. Most of the early game Pokemon are forgettable as fuck. Only the cross-gen evos and Legends, with a couple of other Pokemon leave an impression.

It needs to be given Queenly Majesty over Pressure. It would still suck, but better than nothing.

It could have been re-typed to be bug/fairy last generation, but sadly, that never happened. It's stuck below mediocrity with all the other bug/flying pokemon with bad stats.

Defend Order: also gives aqua ring effect
Heal Order: also cures status (maybe only make it 50% chance or something if that's too strong)
