That sounds like something a Battle Tree set would have.
It also loses to literally nine of the top ten used Pokémon in OU (Marowak, Celesteela, Toxapex, Tapu Lele, Tapu Koko, Mimikyu, Tapu Fini, Greninja and Magnezone).

Return is still better as you don't have to switch when your opponent swaps in a Ghost type. And if you're any good at predicting, you can use Shadow Claw or whatever.

Oh yeah, then used either Outrage + Lum Berry or Rest + Chesto Berry. I guarantee you that they aren't as broken as Thrash + Persim Berry.
