Gliscor is useful because it's a decently fast, bulky Ground / Flying type with a great ability in Poison Heal and a huge list of useful moves:
Earthquake
Acrobatics
Roost
Taunt
Defog
Stealth Rock
Ice Fang
Fire Fang
etc.
Give it a Toxic Orb to activate its Poison Heal ability. This makes it immune to other status, and heals twice as much as Leftovers each turn.
Then give it Earthquake, Roost, and Taunt then pick a fourth move of your choice.
It stallbreaks because it can't be statused, can Taunt to prevent hazards and healing etc. and can sustain itself with Roost.
Problem is, it's not that great in OU because it competes with Landorus-T for its role, and proper stall teams run Mega Sableye, who completely walls Gliscor.
Do some research. There are plenty of sets that Gliscor uses well. You'll find something.
