I'd argue that whilst none of the Eeveelutions are relevant to this meta at the very least Jolteon and Espeon are usable here.
Jolteon at least has the dubious honour of not being entirely walled by A-Wak and being able to 1v1 Koko and speed tie it.
Espeon at least sits in a comfortable 110 speed tier and has good support moves to call upon and far as I'm concerned being able to naturally outspeed Chomp, Kartana and Lele is pretty important. It's also one of the better screen setters at the moment if you don't want to use A-Tales.

It's really the same old story, if you're a mono grass your fate is already sealed as being shit with a lack of a secondary STAB. Not even 120 atk can make up for your main STAB being only 70BP and coverage moves being stronger than it.
Seriously all they had to do was give it a Fairy or Fighting typing, it already has the relevant moves for those.
