>>31591725There's a chart somewhere online that gives you the percentage chance for each HP on any given legendary and hp fire is one of the lowest at like 1.30%. Also add to the fact that synchronise has only a 50% chance of working and your chances for hp fire timid lele are even slimmer.
Honestly if you don't have a masterball then just forget it; you're better of injecting one or if you can't then see if you can get somebody to edit yours for you
