Even if she does return, which I doubt, she would not have a big role. In HGSS, none of the main FRLG characters have big roles. Same for BW2. None of the BW characters had big roles.

If anything, I'd like to see a villain who is actually a faller from Anabel's universe, except he or she wants revenge on the International police for being used as bait for the ultra beasts and maybe the Aether foundation since Lusamine brought the ultra beasts there in the first place
