>>31605776Because in a legit battle, it's subpar because of slow speed and jack-of-all-stats/master-of-none. Also, 0hkos and evasion items/moves are banned. Battle Tree/Maison has no such bans so there it can spam Sheer Cold/Fissure as much as it wants and the RNG will almost always work in its favor unless you have someone specially tailored to handle it (Sturdy, No Guard Stone Edge from a faster mon, etc.)
