C'mon man, its only saving grace would be on Trick Room teams, and it's not even amazing there.
It doesn't have the bulk to be that slow on non-TR, and it doesn't have the firepower to warrant use in TR.

This is thing when it comes to Nornal types: not super effective againts anything, but compensate in movepool diversity and for Dragon/Normal it works do well. It's not OU, but it's not NU trash either.
