This would be the gayest way to make Ice viable

Just boost Ice-types Defense in Hail
Give Slush Rush to a couple more mons
Make a Sand Force equivalent
And start making more Weavilesque Ice/Something types

Why does GF insist on coupling Ice with types that share weaknesses?
