Also for an improved move like Water Shuriken, I'll go with Wing Attack since Pidgeot doesn't really have a signature move

BP : 60 -> 80
Now lowers defense each time it hits, pretty much a Fire Lash clone

Pidgeot's hair grows a lot longer and becomes golden, the wings and feathers look sharper (not like Skarmory's, but somewhat close), and the body looks a little slimmer
I'm tempted to make an Anon-Mega Pidgeot too now
