These rankings are wrong. There's no way Greninja wouldn't make it. It's not only stronger than Zard, but also more popular.

Most pseudos aren't as broken as Garchomp is. That and it makes Flyong inferior and I'm not even a massive Flygon fan but it's hilarious Game Freak introduced Garchomp immediately after Flygon was introduced in Gen 3. That and it's used by Game Freak's Lightning.

why would you ever run a slow choiced pokemon when oceanic operretta gives you over double the power instead of 1,5×? You tank one hit, then you aqua jet for some extra damage if possible. Perish song is there to fuck over stalling pokemon such as aegislash.

it has lower sp.atk than lele but electric terrain+life orb means it still hits like a truck
130 speed means it doesn't need scarf to outspeed 95% of the dex
and on top of that it also has both volt switch and u-turn
