Just guessing here... but he prob keeps Blastoise, Shiftry, and Golem on the defense.
And prays his meme chain mons hit something crazy.
His moves are also prob quick and wins a lot from the timer.

Is no guard just a worse version of double chance?
it does the same thing but only works if you spin blue

also why would you use quick care over scoop up?
whats the benefit of basically knocking out your own mon?
the only case I can see it doing something is if you have 1 mon dead and you kill off your own ho-oh so you can res it although that seems like it would set you behind a bit

or if theres only one good mon in your deck and it died so you need something else dead to get it back faster?

I just got my 5th emblem in quest mode and I've noticed that every time I get an emblem it says my max energy is increased from 100 to 110, but it's never actually changed. It's been 110 since I started and never increased. Is this a glitch or are other experiencing it too?

The only situation I think Quick Care could be used is if you have Druddigon or something in your deck.

Quick Care does not work with Ho-oh. It is a useless card.
Scoop Up is great for Lati@s + it removes all status markers.
No Guard is used in dire situations when you absolutely need a kill, although Double Chance does the same thing... even better.

Quick care can be used to get something more important out of the pc. It does make some sense, I've suicided my own mons before for that reason but I don't see why anyone would ever put a plate in their deck for it because it isn't something you do often.

As for no guard/double chance I'm not sure, looks like it's just some bullshit where it's objectively better just because it's higher rarity

Special Veil protects your Pokemon from any status effects. Ex: If you tried killing a bulbasaur, to avoid poison.

The trading figure game didn't even exist in Japan, which is why it turning up as a Japanese mobile game nearly a decade later is so damn bizarre. Japan only got them in the form of sculpted, interchangeable chess pieces.

The reason we know what the other plates did is because stuff from that series was stolen from Chinese factories and sold online, so they're floating around the collector's market.

I was not sold on poliwag but jesus, the little guy is a monster. He pretty much destroys shuppet, has no miss at 5 and hypnosis is 2 stars. Im really considering switching squirtle for another wag. Ho oh looks kind of out of place here, but his pasive is just so busted, plus he is not a bad stand alone poke. Show your teams, /pdg/.

I installed the APK on bluestacks but I can't pass the "enter date of birth" screen, the submit button is grayed out.

As for my team, I'm finding Articuno to be a really good addition, since I replaced Kirlia->Gardevoir with it. Though now it makes my team more vulnerable to Shuppet

This is my little team right here. I'm probably gonna drop Murkrow for Lugia if I'm fortunate enough to get my hands on one, but the rest of my team works well. My favorite is Goomy, actually. Lots of 2-Star attacks, especially its Slippery Swap. Works really nicely against goalkeepers, since you can switch spots with them to score the win.

I vouch for Goomy, it's pretty good. Even better if you have a Sligoo too since it also has slippery swap and the same ability, but with more movement. And evolving it doesn't even require you to knock out a Pokemon, just getting a successful slippery swap or toxic is enough.

It doesn't increase the space in your figure case, it just lets you create another deck. If you want to increase your figure case, go to 'Menu', then 'View figures', then click the little plus sign that would be on the top right

I usually put points in Freeze Charge, but mostly it serves to fly over and capture enemy entrance points. No one ever wants to attack it because of it's freezing skill, which works better when an enemy attacks it (since the actual attack charges it, but you need to wait for your next turn to actually use it)

I actually did something a bit creative the other day: got my box full and checked my mail to see the repeated ones. Then I sold every repated (except for useful ones) from the box and filled it again with a bunch of fletchlings I had in my mail (from one time I kept spinning fucking fletchlings on a quest challenge, apparently the rage was worth it).
Now whenever I get something I want to put in my box I sell a Fletchling, if not it can stay in the mail for a month.

They're both good goalies apparently. Magmortar's Flame Gun is literally a "kill anything" attack with 2 stars, and if you don't get lucky its Fire Punch is still 80 power, AND if you still lose the enemy gets burned. Blastoise has a 3 star Withdraw that covers half of its wheel and a 100 power attack that covers the other half. I can only surround those fat niggers, even my Latios dies regularly against them.

Flareon just has the 20 Dodge and an attack that maxes out at 60 with Focus Energy, which isn't threatening. Basically it can't stop anything big or dodge anything big.

Just now even noticed Jolteon is in the game (where the FUCK is Espeon) and Jolteon is pretty bad too.

It probably goes Glaceon > Leafeon > Umbreon > Vaporeon > Jolteon > Flareon > Sylveon.
