I can't be the only one that thought it just meant mons introduced in gen 2 for the dragon question.
Also, as for the starters, you have to also count Pikachu from Yellow, and Eevee from XD, but OP probably also counted Wally's Ralts and your rival's Marill since they're listen on bulbapedia as "starters"

Also the fuck did you mean by "all pokemon games" for the starters? Did you want me to include spinoffs such as mystery dungeon and rangers? Did you include colosseum and XD for some reason for the three extra?

ALL POKEMON GAMES includes non-canon ones I assume

The Dragon question confused me too. I picked 4 as well. I guess the questions wants to know what PURE Dragon types there are in Gen 2. Those would be Dratini and Dragonair.

For the starters: It's 3x7=21 plus Eevee and Pikachu in Yellow plus Espeon and Umbreon in COL/XD. At least that's what I think.

The test is kinda stupid desu.

Possible Crystal has Charizard, though. Never played that game but if it has you should remove Gold and Silver.

Those are both obtainable in DP without trading using the GTS glitch. Also as someone else mentioned, Pokemon like Gengar are available in some games without trading.
