No, it says that Mega Stones are "special items" and can't be traded. If you're gonna do a giveaway, you'll have to deal with all of Nintendo's friend code bullshit.

Another reason why SuMo sucks. You could trade megastones between X and AS, though only those that were in Kalos could go back so no lopunnite or swampertite
