That's stupid to compare good in-game moves to moves used in the anime because the anime isn't turn-based, it's real-time fighting so moves are different, you have issues like evasion, attack start time, hit stunlock and if you can use thunderbolt twice in the time they use thunder once, you can out-damage them with a barrage of weaker moves.
