Porygon2 and Porygon-Z fulfill wildly different roles (bulky tank vs. setup sweeper), Doublade is hardly used over Aegislash. I also doubt people use Rhydon over Rhyperior because the latter has better stats, Solid Rock and can hold an item.
Maybe Dusclops is an exception, but neither Eviolite Dusclops nor Dusknoir are particularly good Pokémon.
There's only one example of Eviolite being viable on an OU mon, and that's Chansey.
