Are there any rom hacks of Pokemon that remove stupid shit like IV's and natures? or easier just max all IV's for wild+ trainer pokemon?

I recommend BW1/2's drayano hacks because it's harder to grind in those games due to the exp curve unless you abuse Audino shit
