That's exactly why it's PU. Cheap Trick is cool, but NOBODY would want to use him as a Stand, since even when HE wins, YOU lose, because you're dead. His usage stats would be rock bottom.

Does Soft and Wet even have any limits on his power, besides needing to hit the target with a bubble? It seems like you can do pretty much anything with it if you have enough creativity.

Why? If he's your favorite Stand, then that's fine, I can respect that. But it is literally impossible to win a match with him; either he does nothing but annoy you, or he kills you, which means you lose. Even Hey Ya! is better than him, since at least Hey Ya! is somewhat positive, rather than being a complete liability.
