For me, the longest lasting one that I still haven't used is Drapion. It's generally pretty rare or late except in XY or BW2, and I almost always Nuzlocke nowadays so I never get it when I want it.
I actually used Wailord in an ORAS Wonderlocke. Somehow it was way bulkier than I thought it would be, especially as it's defenses are pathetic. It was otherwise pretty generic other than seeing a massive Pokemon and a huge HP stat on screen, but I wish Wailord was scaled properly in 3D.
