How can anyone defend stall? Name one (1) way the meta would be negatively impact through stall being banned.

It literally only wastes turns.

Would banning Leftovers fix this?

You can't ban an entire playstyle. Contrary to baton pass teams, stall does not rely on a specific move or item to function. Ban leftovers? They will switch to berries. Ban toxic? Burn and paralisis are still there, and moves like perish song and infestation would be used. It's far too complex a ban to make, as shitty as it may be.

If you make a team composed only of counters to other teams that's a shit team. You don't need a dedicated Wallbreaker, you don;t need a dedicated counter to hyper offense. You do NEED a dedicated stallbreaker to not get fucked over by well made stall teams, and that's fucking retarded

you don't. All you need is moves and certain adjustments to work around it. Do you know how many pokemon learn taunt? do you know how many can use a sub successfully?

Nope. Stall can play around it and suck the PPs of the thig until you're dead.

If you REALLY hate it, you can always run a team that's nothing but stallbreakers. It's very gimmiky and it makes you weak against ScoliPass, but it's also really fun to see stall squirm.

Stall is the easiest to play and easiest to win with (Unless fighting another Stall team). It's not played as much because it's annoying, dull and a sign of poor sportmanship. I should not need an entire fucking team to have specific back ups against one type of play, because that is fucking retarded, that is what I am saying. I'm not implying stall is unbeatable, I'm saying it is unfairly balanced and not fun to play against or with.

As long as you're running a stallbreaker (which you should be that's obvious when building a team) you have a fair opportunity to not have the battle drag out to be 100 turns. And complaining about having to run a stallbreaker is dumb as well, obviously you have to build a team around what threats are present, not being a karenfag and whining when the Mons you want to use don't cut it.

Unlike other competitive games, Pokemon has a bunch of characters to allow counterplay. Said counter pokemon eventually becomes the standard and people will find out ways to beat them.

Removing Toxic would make dealing with some walls way harder.
This is the cool thing about stall, some of the best stalling tools are also amazing anti-stall tools, like Stealth Rocks, Dugtrio, Mega Sableye and Toxic.
