Recover, E-Speed, Earthquake, Play Rough, Nasty Plot and a good special movepool.
Memories give a stab boost like Plates. RKS without a memory auto gives a 1.2x multiplier to normal moves.
Z-Crystals are compatible with RKS System.
New key item/location that stores all memories and can combine memories to make type combinations, Silvally also gets a second Multi-Attack to use with his secondary stab.

Psychological Manipulation is real! All of Silvally stats are only 5 points lower than Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Manaphy, and Victini. There's almost no difference between 95 and 100 so using a Silvally is like using one of those 5 Pokémon just with the advantage of being of any type and the disadvantage of having almost no coverage.

What would happen if they make a Legendary with 105 in all its stats, will it be more used that Mew, Celebi, Jirachi, Manaphy or Victini just because its stats are 5 points higher than those?

At least it's a well done Dusknoir, the Eviolite advantage of Type Null is balanced by the movepool. Kinda still prefer the Porygon 2 alike bulk to Sylvally, shit like Thunder Wave spammer with Wish support or Sleep Talk Tri Attack Roulette or Crush Claw for drops.

The way its set up is to be the ultimate expression of your own play style, incentivizing you to allocate its stats in just the right ways to make it fit into whatever niche you want it to. It's a pretty good pivot, all thing considered, but in no way whatsoever it's gonna be a top tier threat.
