evs can be optimized for specific checks, but setting it up as a mixed wall should work well, max hp of course too. changing roost for substitute would also work.
idea is spirit shackle something that cant do much to you, then spam evasion moves, then pass it off to a real sweeper, like Tapu Koko or Jolteon.
