Even if you assume that Psychic Terrain is up and no other terrain has replaced it since then, there are still plenty of mons who can take any of Cloyster's moves. Keldeo, Poliwrath, and Empoleon are all resistant to Cloyster's main moves. Pretty much any physically bulky pokemon, especially water types, can survive a +2 rock blast. Also, any steel type that either has sturdy or a focus sash can kill Cloyster with ease.
