Archers are known for their accuracy. What if it got an ability called, I don't know, Spirit of the Archer, that works like Victory Star except you don't have to be on the field? So it permanently boosts the accuracy of the user's party by 10%. Or what if it affected the enemy's too to give it a drawback.
