I think they actually put too much BST in Guzzlord's HP. It has 570 BST, but only 100 /97 offenses, 43 Speed, and 58 defenses? The difference in bulk between 223 HP and say, 180 is fairly small, and is a bit of a waste.

Guzzlord's problem is that it has no utility. Its bulk is better than Eviolite Chansey's Defense, so it's not frail, but it has no recovery, no support moves, no priority, no utility moves like Knock Off.
