This way Life orb could still be a thing, but Mega-Greninja could be a good mega of choice because same output without killing himself and faster.

Ash-Greninja would still be more than useable that way too. so you could see 3 sets of Greninja (^:

Truant makes literally any Pokemon Protect bait. For it to be vaguely competitive, it needs a new ability - and that's definitely worth 70-75 BST.

Megas always get +100 BST. It's one of the rules of the mechanic. Gen VI Mega Alakazam was the sole exception, and even that was an obvious mistake that got fixed in Gen VII.
If you want to balance a Mega Slaking, you'd have to pump at least half of those 100 points into Speed and give it Stall. Otherwise, just accept and embrace the fact that it's going to be high tier in Ubers.

Sand Waker: Turns all Flying-type and Sound moves into Ground-type moves that can hit opponents that are in the air. Said moves also gets boosted by 20% when used inside a Sandstorm.

Y'know what? It's still okay. I'd simplify it to not transform Flying-type moves, since Flygon gets fuck all for Flying attacks. You could even get away with making the damage boost apply regardless of weather, too.
