We already have a quadrupedal big cat for the Fire type, as well as a black-dominant quadrupedal Fire/Dark.
Technically, Houndoom is actually Dark/Fire, but whatever. Incineroar breaks more new ground than Juarfare would, and is a much more memorable design.
