For kecleon, make it so that color change turns it into a type that resists the foe's attack before being hit by it in the same turn (for example conkeldurr is going for mach punch, before it hits kecleon turns into a psychic type), so color change kecleon is virtually resistant to everything, in contrast to protean kecleon that gets STAB on everything

On pic related, change frisk with prankster, and insomnia with flash fire. That's about all it needs really. If GF allowed me to get greedy, give it 98 special attack so it can use flamethrower and all the crazy special moves it gets.
