If you have CFW, in theory you can update without any fear (I don't know a lot of thins about CFW).

But, if you only use Homebrew Channel, you can use this

If you followed the guide that's posted everywhere to completion, yes. You don't have to yet though if you want to be extra safe, online isn't blocked for 11.2 yet.

Only older CFW like rxtools is broken (along with homebrew channel, probably temporarily). Since you only hacked it 3 days ago you probably never messed around with that though, so you have no problem.

Reminder that if you rely on soundhax for injections and don't have CFW installed, you should install it now before updating to 11.3

It fixed all downgrade exploits so CFW probably won't be possible on it for a long time, and if they fix soundhax in a future update you're fucked

I'm using a9hl+luma3ds, and I haven't had any issues. The only thing I've found that doesn't work is Homebrew Launcher. It'll just take an update to the otherapp/robpin to fix it.

I installed Soundhax on 11.2 yesterday but I just got into there because I needed to do an emergency trip.

Can I still follow the guide and then update to 11.3 after finishing the 3ds guide without fear of fucking up my console?

3ds.guide luma cfw users can safely update to 11.3. Not required as of yet so you can still hold off.

If you're trying to access bank, use ctr-httpwn through homebrew to skip the firmware update check.

If you're on any other cfw, I suggest you change to luma and make sure you still have a9lh while doing so. Apparently other cfws are losing a9lh and at worst bricks are being reported with the 11.3 update.

Or you can just wait for 11.3 to be confirmed another broken update like 11.2
