First of all, I take her to the bath and properly clean her. And I mean properly. Next, I'd make sure she's not leaving the house for at a year. She's not going anywhere unless I'm with her. Getting her proper education would be next. Not something I can trust a stranger on, so I'd be personally seeing to that. Getting her better clothes and hobbies comes next. I'd also throw her in middle of all my Pokemon until she gets over her dumb gimmick of being scared of every type of Pokemon. It might be painful at first, but it'll get things done faster than letting her continue at her own retarded pace.
The next step depends on how all of this goes. If she's grown a brain large enough to understand how dumb she was, and that she should always, no matter what, stay away from faggots like Ash, then I start focusing on making her a Trainer. If not, I'll try everything I can to get to that first. If everything fails, I'd have to use some Ultra Wormholes to get rid some memories. As for her Training, she gets a Charmander, for BURASUTO purposes. She's not going to travel by herself. Either me, or a Trainer I approve of will accompany her, to make sure she's on the right track. Someone who I can trust will not be bad influence and is strong enough to protect her if need be. If I get no one, I'll be accompanying her.
