And if they had a language of their own and were capable to communicating in it, that would humans can learn this language. It would be common to see people talking to Pokemon. And if a Pokemon was raised among humans, it would learn human language instead of a Pokemon language.
tl;dr the idea of a Pokemon language is retarded, and if there's no language, there can be no translation.
