Gucci Mama is a Cinccino with Skill Link and a King's Rock.

Let's say Gucci Mama attacks a Shuckle with Tail Slap. Tail slap hits 5 times, with each hit running a 10% chance to cause the Shuckle to flinch.

Q1: What is the overall probability for Shuckle to flinch that turn?
Q2: If Shuckle was also paralyzed the turn prior, what is the overall probability for it to skip its turn?
Extra Credit: Is Cinccino the cutest Pokemon?

question: does each hit of the multi-hit moves get boosted by Technician, or is it just the first?

And if it is the case that each hit deals more damage, is it more damage efficient on average to use Skill Link, for max normal damage, or Technician, for random boosted damage?

it needs to hit 4 times to outdamage 5 hits on link skill
so technician is better most of the time

With skill link:
25x1.5x5= 187 (pokemon drops remainders)
25x1.5x1.5=56(for one hit)

2 hits= 112
3 hits= 168
4 hits= 224
5 hits= 280
