Normal type now deals x1 damage to everything and takes x1 damage from everything.

none of the normal STAB pokemon are good enough to make a difference in the meta and if you can't have neutral coverage on everything already you probably need the slots for something else already

Return, double edge, hyper voice, extreme speed, explosion, boomburst that do neutral damage to everything (and the sound moves hit behind subs) would be nice.

Not game changing but would be an improvement for normal type, especially with stab

It would just be a huge buff to normal types. It would be able to attack ghosts, couldn't be resisted by rocks/steel types, and would lose its only weakness, all in exchange for being hit by shadow ball
