Memory Device should be a Key item, just like Zygarde Cube, DNA splicers, Hoppa bottle, etc.
And give him Adaptability, and better stats.
God damn it, great idea for a pokemon but they fucked up like always.

Or just make RKS system a complete Multitype reskin and give Silvally 100 on every stat.

Goddamn it. And I was really hyped for this mon with the announcement too. I wanted an Arceus-lite with a better design that Arceus that I could use in OU.
