So I created my Sonic OC, "Luke the Werewolf" back in the year 2003 and uploaded it to Deviantart soon after. I just came to the realization out that Lucario, a pokemon that debuted in the year 2005, looks eerily similar to that of my own creation (still wished they kept the katana...). GameFreak never contacted me for permission to use my design, so where do I go if I want to sue GameFreak for copyright infringement?
