>>31738163If it's like the precedent they started in gen 5, you get locked out of daily-events for 48 hours when you change the clock.
In S/M, the only daily events I can think of are:
> Rare item reward from Battle Tree for ending a streak of at least 50/40/30/20/10/5 battles. Is available to the player after the day of the streak has ended, (works the moment it strikes midnight.)> 8/4/2 Free Heart Scales, eating a meal with Nanu/Olivia/Hapu. Once a day for each.> 20,000 P Reward from Pyukumuku chucking> Hau'oli City Trainer ID Lottery> Rematch Game Freak Morimoto> Any Lottery shops that may be in your Festival Plaza> Haven't changed my clock myself so I can't be sure, but I would assume daily events would prevent the Berry Trees from regrowing, as they occur at midnight as well. The biggest opportunity costs here are definitely the Battle Tree daily reward, Festival Plaza Lotto (Treasure Hunt,) the Trainer ID Lotto, Free Heart Scales, and Easy 20,000 P.
The first 2 are the best source of low-effort Bottle Caps in the game. Battle Tree is a guaranteed Bottle Cap for a 30+ streak, while the Treasure Hunt Lotto shops in the Plaza can yield Gold/Silver caps.
Battle Tree and Trainer ID Lotto are the best source of PP Up/Max. 20 streak is PP up, 40 streak is PP Max at the tree, and both are potential rewards from the ID Lotto.
If I forgot any daily events let me know. I'd say it's worth abusing the glitch if you're doing some hardcore breeding, but the moment you're not playing as much you should let the clock settle so u can just open your DS once a day and hit the easy daily stuff, or spend 30-50 minutes hitting the Battle Tree benchmark.
